3 cups vegetable broth
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1⁄2 cup carrot, chopped
1⁄2 cup green beans
1⁄2 cup zucchini, chopped
1⁄2 tsp. basil
1⁄2 tsp. oregano
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large sauce pan with non stick cooking spray and saute garlic, onions and carrots for 5 minutes. Add broth, tomato paste, green beans, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for a about 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are tender. Add the zucchini and simmer for 5 more minutes then continue heating until the soup is steaming hot.
