1 c. flour
½ c. soft butter
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. sugar
⅛ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all items except powdered sugar. With hands, mix until thoroughly blended.
Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375º F.
Roll dough into balls 1¼ inches in diameter. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cookies are set but not brown.
Let stand 1 minute before removing and placing on wire rack.
Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
Cool completely and the roll in powdered sugar again.
