Crust:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted butter
¼ c. sugar
Filling:
2 sticks butter (soft but not melted)
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar

Topping:
2 (8 oz.) cans of crushed pineapple, drained
4 sliced bananas
1 large container Cool Whip whipped topping
chopped nuts
maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together and press into 13x9 inch dish/pan.
Mix together the butter, eggs, and powdered sugar - beat 10 minutes on high speed.
Spread over graham cracker crust. Spoon crushed pineapple and sliced bananas on top.
Then spread 1 large Cool Whip container over the fruit.
Top with nuts and maraschino cherries.
Chill overnight.

This recipe came from RaeAnn Watkins, a Frederick Street neighbor. I made it a couple times for Gram Hubbs' Birthday celebrations. The presentation is pretty and Gram loved bananas!
