4 Cups Flour ( all purpose)
1 TBS. White Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1 3/4 Cup Shortening or Butter
1TBS. Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
1 Large Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Put first three(3) ingredients into a large bowl. Mix with a fork. Add Shortening / Butter, mix until crumbly. Put Egg, Vinegar and Water into a small bowl, beat with a fork. Combine with Flour mixture until all flour mixture is moist and you can shape it into a ball. DON'T OVER MIX. Divide into 4 balls, then flatten into discs. Use right away OR wrap well and freeze until needed. Thaw at room temperature, then roll out.

This makes very flaky pie crusts.
