grated Cheddar cheese (sharp or mild - your preference)
grated Jack cheese (can use Pepper Jack and leave out the red chili flake)
dill weed
seasoning salt
red chili flake
mayonnaise
butter
large french bread loaf

Directions:
Directions:
Cut french bread loaf long ways in half and butter each half.
Depending upon the size of your french bread loaf, grate enough Cheddar and Jack cheeses to cover both long halves. Add some seasoning salt, dill weed, and red chili flakes to the cheeses. Add just enough mayonnaise to get it to all hold together to spread on the bread.

Place on sheet pans and put under the broiler until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly browned.
Slice into 2 inch pieces and serve.
