Each cup of flour makes aprox. 2-3 servings. For every cup of flour add 1 egg, 1/4 tsp salt, (optional-1/4 tsp of baking powder) and for every egg use half of an eggshell of milk (2 Tbs Milk). Mix together until well blended and moist, then roll out and cut or pinch off small pieces of dough into boiling salted water/broth. cook until noodle is soft.

You can also make a spaetzle noodle by adding more liquid to pancake batter consistency. push through a colander into the boiling liquid. These noodles can be used any way that a pasta product can be used.
