Directions:Cover the pan in oil Set flame to medium and lower as needed for onions Add onions Srirr frequently Add sliced garlic Cook until onions are soft (about 22 minutes) Slice the chorizo into thin slices Add the tomato sauce Ensure that at this point the flame is set to low Add several squirts of honey Stir Sprinkle oregano Let sit until light bubbling Add chorizo Stir slightly Add pimientos |
