1 can of black beans (reduced sodium)
1 can of pinto beans (reduced sodium)
1 can of kidney beans (reduced sodium)
1 can of tomato sauce
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of green chilis (optional, Mom)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can of corn
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet of ranch dressing
cup diced onions
2 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the beef with the onions and garlic and add the taco seasoning packet after draining the fat (per instructions on the back).
2. After the meat is cooked, add it to the slow cooker with all of the other ingredients.
3. Stir well and leave on low heat for 3-4 hours to warm.
4. Serve with sour cream, cheese, and tortilla chips.
*I've been known to dump all of the ingredients into the slow cooker from the start and walk away for the day, and it turned out just fine!
