2 cups of blueberries
2 bananas
1 cup of greek yogurt (we use vanilla)
2 tbsp flax seed
½ cup beet juice (I substitute orange juice sometimes)
1 cup spinach
2 tsp freshly-grated ginger

1. Don't let the kids see the ingredients prior to blending
2. Lovingly dump all ingredients in a blender
3. Yell, "Loud noises!!" to give everyone a heads up you are about to start the blender
4. Blend until smooth
5. Serve immediately
