4 lower-sodium bacon slices, cooked, crumbled, and divided
2 cups chopped and cooked chicken breast
2 tsp dry ranch dressing mix
1 ½ tsp fresh lemon juice
⅛ tsp ground red pepper
1 (8 oz) block ⅓ - less- fat cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) carton, light cream cheese
Cooking spray
¼ cup sliced green onions

1. Reserve 1 crumbled bacon slice. Combine remaining bacon, chicken, and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into an 8-inch square glass or ceramic baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap; vent.
2. Microwave on high 2 minutes, and stir. Microwave 2 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with reserved bacon and green onions.
Serves 30 (serving size: about 2 Tablespoons)
