5 cups broccoli florets
jar bacon bits
cup green onion, chopped
cup raisins
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup carrots, grated
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
cup mayonnaise
cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli into small florets. Mix broccoli, bacon bits, green onion, & raisins in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar & sugar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Personal Notes:
I crumble up cooked bacon slices instead of using bacon bits. This salad tastes as good, perhaps even better, as a leftover.
