2 T. butter
2 T. flour
2 T. sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can of cream corn

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan to make the roux, melt butter, the sugar, and the salt together, cooking for one minute on medium-high heat stirring constantly.
Then add milk a little at a time drizzling in the middle of the roux, whisking the whole time so you don't get lumps. Cook until it is thick, when the milk is incorporated into roux, add can of cream corn and put into the refrigerator over night.

After refrigerating, put 3 eggs beaten like scrambled eggs into the mixture.

Put into preheated oven at 375º for 45 minutes or until you can put a butter knife rinsed in cold water into the middle of the pudding without the.pudding sticking to the knife and have it come out clean.

Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes and serve

We had the big people's table and the little people's table during family gatherings and holidays. We had a big extended family and every year We always looked forward to the corn pudding that Me-Ma made.
