Two small package instant vanilla pudding
3 cups cold milk
One medium carton Cool Whip
One box of graham crackers whole
Topping
1 cup sugar.
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup evaporated milk
one stick of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding and milk well; fold in Cool Whip. Layer crackers with mixture in 8 x 12 inch or 9 x 13 inch. pan.starting an ending with crackers Topping ;boil the sugar ,Cocoa and milk for one minute.Add butter and vanilla Beat mixture well and spread over cake let cool and refrigerate.
Can be made several days ahead.
