4 C. chopped apples
2 C. sugar
2 eggs
¼ tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 C. flour
½ C. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Place apples, sugar, and spices in bowl. Add oil and eggs. Add flour, salt, and soda. Stir in vanilla. Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 350º for 45 minutes.
