Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Treat yourself to some delightful German Pancakes for breakfast, lunch, or brunch.
Sometimes called Dutch baby pancakes, these cakes are light and delicate with crispy edges.
Who knew that with five every day ingredients and minimal effort you could have delicious, golden pancakes?
We did! Enjoy!

Although the recipe is called either Dutch Baby or German Pancake, it's NOT how Germans make theirs.
German will do it much more like the French in that the batter is poured into the pan, cooked on the stove top, then filled with either sweet or savory filling, rolled up and eaten.
