3/4 c. white cheddar, shredded
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. roasted red pepper, diced
2 pieces sliced bacon, diced
3 scallions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender except bacon and scallions. Pulse until mixture is fairly smooth.
Saute bacon until crisp, then drain.
Save some bacon bits & scallions for garnish. Then fold the rest into cheese mixture.
Chill at least 1 hr.
Serve with veggies or Fritos, chips, tortilla chips.

I really liked this dip. I did not fix very often. Everyone always wanted the Lipton Onion dip, the family all time favorite.
