1 lb. pkg. ground sausage (can use hot or mild, Rudy Farm or other brand)
8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm Cornbread stuffing
8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned stuffing
2 cans (15 oz.) chicken broth (low sodium) (I just use the 32 oz. carton)
1 lg. onion (chopped) (or onion powder for some people)
2 stalks celery (chopped) (or celery seed)
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.pepper
1/2 tsp. ground sage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain grease. Place sausage on plate with paper towels. Add margarine to the skillet and cook the onion and celery in margarine until tender. Mix the stuffings and seasonings in a large bowl. Stir in the onion/celery mixture and the sausage. Add the broth and mix well. You might not need entire carton - just until mixture is thoroughly moistened. Bake in an ungreased baking dish 30-35 minutes at 350º. Can be doubled for large group (Thanksgiving).
