1 1/2 c.good Parmesan cheese (not Kraft)

Directions:
On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, or on a Silpat Silicone sheet place a 1 1/2 in. cookie cutter mold. Push top down gently. May add pepper or a seasoning at this point.
Bake at 400 degree for 10-15 minutes.Store in air tight container.

This is great accompaniment to Caesar salad.
