1 lb. ground chuck
1small onion chopped
½ c. dry bread crumbs
¼ c. milk
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs. Heat oil in pan and burn (I mean brown) meatballs over medium heat. Cook 20 minutes over med-low heat. Pour off extra oil and make a brown gravy from a dry mix or jar.

Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

Note: this makes a lot of meatballs (about 20).
