Fruit Filled Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
4 tablespoons melted butter
4 tablespoons water
1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
1/2 cup butter, softened
6 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 Banana sliced length wise
1/3 cup blue berries or other fruit desired chopped in needed
1 teaspoon milk
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a bread machine pan, place the milk, beaten egg, melted butter, water, bread flour, sugar, salt and yeast in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select the Dough cycle.

When cycle is finished, remove the dough, and knead for 3 to 5 minutes. Roll out to a large rectangle.

Mix together the Powdered sugar and cinnamon. Spread over baking sheet and dough. place a single or double line of fruit acrosss the starting edge then roll dough over the fruit once, Now add a second line of fruit then roll pastry over until you reach the opposite end of dough now dip your finger tips in water and place dots of water acrodd the finishing edge of dough and press together , Cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch slices, and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Place in a draft-free space, and allow to rise until doubled.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees then bake for 15 minutes once done you can dress with sugar icing or cream cheese frosting being fruit filled i simply enjoy them the way they are.

I thought of these as I was having trouble getting to sleep one night, And right before I fell asleep I thought of this recipe. A very tasty addition to breakfast.
