¼ cup - butter
¼ cup - flour
1/2 tsp. - salf
1 cup - chicken broth
1 cup - whipping cream
2 tbsp. - cooking sherry
7 oz. - spaghetti noodles (cooked & drained)
2 cups - cooked turkey, cubed
1 cup - sliced mushrooms (or 1 - 3 oz. canned mushrooms)
½ cup - grated parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 350º F
- Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook spaghetti per box instructions.
- In a large pan (preferably oven safe) saute the mushrooms till soft. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan melt the butter and stir in flour to make a roux.
- Reduce heat then stir in cream, broth, and salt till combined.
- Stirring constantly bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
- Add cooking sherry to sauce till combined.
- Mix in spaghetti, turkey, and mushrooms.
- Top with parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
