Two pounds beef,
One chopped onion,
One can green Chile’s
14 oz. can of nacho cheese.
Tortilla chips
Two chopped tomatoes
Four chopped green onions
Canned
Black olives sliced.

Mix the last four ingredients in a bowl so juices mix.

Directions:
Cook the beef, Chile’s, and onions in the Instant Pot for Two hours or Ten hours in a crock pot until tender.
Layer tortilla chips, beef, heated cheese on a large platter three times.
Cover with mixture of tomatoes, onions , black olives and jalapeños.
