½ lb. ground Italian sausage meat, cooked and drained well
3 c. zucchini, sliced ¼" thick
2/3 c. Buttermilk Salad Dressing
2 c. Half and Half
pinch garlic powder
¼ t. oregano
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 t. basil
¼ t. pepper
4 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat salad dressing in a sauce pan over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and whisk in 4 Tbsp. flour. Return to heat and whisk in half and half; add herbs, garlic powder and pepper. Layer zucchini and sausage meat in baking dish. Pour sauce over all and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 40 mins. at 350º.
