1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
¼ c. heavy whipping cream
⅓ c. Buttermilk Salad Dressing
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
¼ t. pepper (preferably white pepper)
3 medium tomatoes, fully ripe
1 tsp. lemon juice
butter or margarine

Defrost frozen spinach and squeeze moisture from it until dry. Mix cream. lemon juice, salad dressing, cheese and pepper. Add spinach.

Remove stem area of tomatoes; cut in half, crosswise, to make cups. Take out liquids and seeds, then salt and pepper the remaining "shell." Fill with spinach mixture, dot with butter, and bake 20 minutes at 375º.
