Ingredients:  
1 can consommé
1 cup white rice
1 stick of butter (margarine can be used but I prefer butter)
Garlic seasoning to taste ( about 1/2 tsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart covered casserole dish. Bake at 350º approximately 35 - 40 minutes. (until liquid is cooked out)
About halfway through cook time, stir well, and continue cooking.

*Note: Mushrooms and slivered carrots can be added if desired.
