1 cup long grain white rice, rinsed*
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add the rinsed rice, water and salt to the pressure cooker pot. Stir.
Lock lid in place.
Select high pressure and 3 minutes cook time.
When timer beeps, turn pressure cooker off and use a natural pressure release for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes do a quick pressure release.
Fluff rice with a fork or the rice paddle that came with your pressure cooker.

The recipe is easily doubled or tripled without any additional pressure cooking time. Add 1 tablespoon oil if doubling to prevent foaming.

*jasmine and other kinds of white rice work well with this recipe too.
