1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix (8 oz.)
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn undrained
1 stick butter melted (½ cup)
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream (1 cup)
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly. Add sour cream, butter and corn. Fold in Jiffy corn mix. Put in 9x7 casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 40-60 minutes or until center comes out clear when you insert a knife.
