6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. bulk sausage
4-5 slices of bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage. Mix eggs, milk, spices, cheese & mustard.
Pour into 9x13 inch glass dish, add sausage and bread cubes and press down to get all the bread wet.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake 350º F for 35 to 45 minutes until firm in the center.
