1 cup sour cream
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
½ tsp fresh ground pepper
1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese divided
3 lbs boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 30 minutes
Instead of Parmesan cheese you can use Gruyere, extra sharp cheddar, or Asiago cheeses.
Below are options:
1. American use Garlic powder or seasoned salt
Or
2. Texas Mexican use cumin
Or
3. Italian use basil or Italian seasoning
Or
4. Use smoked paprika and cayenne
Lightly coat 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam spray - mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper (and whatever spices you decide to use) and grated Parmesan cheese – place chicken in dish and spread with sour cream mixture on top of chicken
