1 (12 oz) package bow tie pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb sweet Italian sausage
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (less if you don’t like spicy)
¾ cup diced onion
3 cloves garlic
1 (28 oz) can petite diced tomatoes (drained)
1½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil – cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente then drain - heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat – cook sausage and pepper flakes until sausage is evenly brown – stir in onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender – stir in tomatoes, cream, and salt – simmer until mixture thickens 8 to 10 minutes –stir cook pasta into sauce and heat through – sprinkle with parsley
