5 Green Onions, chopped
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Mayonnaise
3-4 dashes of your favorite hot sauce
1/2 cup REAL bacon bits
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Add green onions, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, bacon bits to a medium sized mixing bowl. stir to incorporate. Gently stir in the almonds so they don't break up. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
Serve this in the same bowl you mixed it in with your favorite crackers and crunchy veggies.

Don't add the almonds to the bowl if you want to make this into a log, or ball. Form the mixture and wrap plastic wrap and before chilling. 30 minutes before serving, remove from refrigerator, unwrap and place on your serving plate. Press almonds all over the surface. This is especially good if you toast the almonds first!
