HAM STEAK
1 LB ELBOW MACARONI

COAT ONIONS & PEPPERS WITH EVO, GRILL OVER CHARCOAL
GRILL HAM OVER CHARCOAL
REMOVE SKIN FROM PEPPER
CHOP HAM, ONIONS, PEPPERS

-COOK 4-5 SLICES OF BACON
-REMOVE BACON AND BREAK IT UP INTO SMALL PIECES
-IN SAME POT, ADD 3-4 TBSP FLOUR TO MAKE A ROUX
-ADD 1 QT MILK UNTIL GOOD & WARM
-ADD EVERYTHING +3 CUPS CHEESE (SHARP CHEDDAR/PEPPERJACK)
- COVER TOP WITH PANKO AND A LITTLE MORE CHEESE

COOK AT 350º, UNTIL BROWN AND BUBBLY
