2 pounds Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 pkg Grande Tortillas (8)
14 lg eggs
2 cup pkg of cheddar cheese
Jar of Ortega chunky salsa
1tsp crushed peppers
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions:
Fry Jimmy Dean sausage, add spices and cook until browned.
Drain excess oil in strainer.
While sausage is draining, lay out all your tortillas out on counter for easy filling.
Add all cheddar cheese to tortillas until pkg is empty.
Add eggs to a lg bowl and beat until well blended.
Add salt and pepper as needed,( I don't add extra salt because
there's enough salt in sausage and cheese.
Use a lg frying pan sprayed with a non stick cooking spray. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook on a med temp.
While your cooking eggs, put about a 1/4cp. of sausage on each tortilla. keep adding until all sausage is gone.
When eggs are done, drain any juice that may be in the pan and keep adding egg mixture unto the all eggs are gone.
Last is to add salsa, I use 1 to 2 tlbs of salsa to each tortilla.

Then roll up your burrito. After ive rolled up my burittos I wrap then in a narrow paper towel
