6 Russet potatoes--1/4" slices
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded montery jack cheese
8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
2 cups milk
2 eggs
Parsley for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Layer half of potoatoe slices in a 9 x 13 pan
Season with salt and pepper
Sprinkle cheese on top--add bacon crumbs
Add another layer of potatoes

Mix:
Milk and eggs.
Pour over potatoes
Top with parsley

Cover with foil
Bake at 375 degrees for 90 minutes
