Beef broth
Salt and Coarse ground black pepper
Red cooking wine
Flour
White mushrooms

In a slow cooker add to broth season your beef With salt pepper garlic powder Thyme Rosemary And garlic cook on slow for about 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.Once your meat becomes folk tender Remove from heat set aside on a plate. Use about a cup of the broth from Meat Add your cooking wine and flour mix well add mushrooms heat mix well,return meat to serving dish pour sauce over meat
