Use Pastry Crust for Sweet Pie
Use Creme Brulee for Pastry Filling
Strawberries
Kiwi
Blueberries
Black Berries
Rasberries
3/4 Cup Apricot Jelly

Directions:
Make Dough and role out into a square or round tart pan. Blind bake the crust at 375º, for 25 minutes. Take out and cool. Be sure to remove the pie weights or it might break your crust. Make creme brulee and add to prepared cooked pastry shell. Cook as directed for the creme brulee. It is done when the middle is set and a the knife comes out clean. Remove from oven and let rest. Wash all berries and spinkle all fruit with a little sugar. Arrange fruit on tart. Mix the jelly with 1 tbsp. of water. Microwave jelly and water for 3 minutes. Cool slightly and drizzle over tart.
