4 3/4 oz. can of crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. Salt

1 lb. wonton wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the filling ingredients well. Place 1 tsp. filling in center of wonton wrapper. Moisten edges. Fold over forming a triangle. Press edges to seal. Fold 2 corners together and press to seal. Deep fry a few at a time in hot 375º F oil. Drain on paper towels. Serve immediately or cool and store in covered container with wax paper between layers. To serve refrigerated wontons, arrange on baking sheet. Heat in 350º F oven for about 15 minutes until hot.

Serve with plum sauce.
