Ingredients:
1 lb of quality Sausage
1/2 cup flour
4 cups milk
1-2 tsp salt as needed Read Warning!

Biscuits as needed

Directions:
You can make this the night before and just add the milk in the morning to make the gravy.

1. Fry sausage If you use a good quality sausage you will not need to drain any fat. If there is a ton of excess oil you may need to skim some. Bob Evens brand works great.

2. Mix flour in sausage mixture. At this point you can store it in the refrigerator to finish in the morning or add milk and continue to thicken.

3. Add milk and heat to thicken. This is a lump free technique

4. CAUTION! Salt as desired. I use about a teaspoon at most. The longer it sits the saltier it gets as it draws salt from the sausage.

5. If I need to tell you to split a biscuit and put gravy on top then you are an idiot!
