3 eggs separated
1c milk
Zest of 2 lemons (2tsp)
Juice of 2 lemons (6Tbsp)
2Tbsp melted butter
Salt
6Tbsp flour
1c sugar
Blueberries, powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350.
Whisk yolks, milk, zest, juice, butter, salt. Add flour, sugar, whisk until smooth. Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Whisk 1/4 of whites into flour mixture. Add remaining whites, fold in until smooth. Spray 6 ramekins with cooking spray, place into a 9x13 baking dish. Ladle batter evenly into ramekins. Add water to baking dish halfway up the ramekins. Bake 40-45 min until golden on top. Cool 20 minutes. Dust tops with powdered sugar, garnish with a spoonful or so of blueberries.
