1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1-2/3 cup water
1 - fuji apple - peeled, cored and chopped up
1 cup frozen mixed berries OR 1/2 mixed and 1/2 frozen blueberries
2 Tbls. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook oatmeal and cinnamon in water in small saucepan - bring to boil and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Keep an eye on it so it doesn't overflow - stir and turn down heat. Add chopped apple and simmer for another 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Turn off, remove from heat and mix in frozen berries and walnuts. Enjoy!
