Ingredients:

5 cups of water
4 chicken bouillon cubes

1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped onion

5 cups cubed, peeled, potatoes

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 pound Velveeta Cheese, stir until melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water, add:
celery, carrots, and onion
cook 20 minutes add:
potatoes,
cook till tender (10-20 minutes) add:
cream of chicken soup
Stir until well-blended add:
Velveeta,
stir until melted.
Enjoy!!
