4-6 chicken thighs
Covered shake Creole seasoning
Covered shake Salt & Pepper
1 1/2tsp fresh garlic
2tsp paprika
2tbsp lemon juice
1/3 chopped onion
1each Yellow & Orange sweet peppers
1 full thinly sliced zucchini
Half tub of Mild chicken cashew dip
Head of lettuce

Start with your chicken in a Crock-Pot, add in your paprika, lemon juice, Creole seasoning an fresh garlic. Let this cook on high until chicken is thoroughly cooked. after your chicken is Thoroughly cooked remove the chicken shredded and put back in the Crock-Pot stirring in the chicken cashew dip. In your stovetop begin to sautee Onions, Sweet peppers and Zucchini season this with salt and pepper. After finishing your sauteed vegetables add them to your Chicken in your Crock-Pot. As an extra step for creamy consistency add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and a handful of mixed cheese.

This recipe could be a dip on its own or add the bed of lettuce to make it a salad we also put crushed tortilla chips on top for the crunch texture.
