1 T fat (coconut, sesame, or butter)
1/2 lb or more ground beef, turkey, or pork
3/4 head cabbage, finely shredded
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, shredded
2 stalks celery, diced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 T ground ginger or powder
1/2 c mung bean sprouts, opt
3 T aminos or soy sauce

Directions:
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking up the beef until the beef is no longer pink. Add the cabbage, onion, carrot and cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the prepared vegies, mung beans, and garlic and cook an additional 5 minutes or until all of the vegies are soft. Stir in the aminos and ginger and heat through.
Serve over plain rice with extra aminos, if desired.


YumYum Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon ketchup or tomato paste
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika


Mix ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
*Do not use light mayo.

*Make sure to refrigerate at least 8 hours.
