2 sticks of butter, melter
16 oz sour cream
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1 16 ox cream style corn
1 16 oz whole kernel corn, drained
2 boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sour cream and butter together. Add the sour cream, the cans of corn and the boxes of muffin mix. Bake in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 35-40 min at 350 degrees if in a metal pan and 325 if in a glass pan.
