"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Use Uncle Ben's original rice
Follow directions on back of the box - be sure to add a touch of salt and 1 tbsp. butter to boiling water. I use about 3⅓ cups of water with 1½ -1¾ cups of rice After 20 minutes, I always drain the rice. Put in bowl to cool.
Add 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Whip 1 pint of whipping cream and when it begins to form add ¼ - ½ cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla
I love my glorified rice very creamy so add the rice pineapple mixture to your liking.
You may arrange maraschino cherries or slices of pineapple on top of bowl.
