2 packages bacon
2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup green onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon strips in half. Microwave it get rid of some of the water and fat. Drain

Wrap bacon around chestnuts using a toothpick to secure ends together. Put into a pan in a 350ºF oven until bacon is cooked a bit more. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the chestnuts. Return to oven and bake until sauce is bubbly and sticks to bacon chestnuts.
