1 cup thin sweet cream
2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
3 eggs beaten
3 heaping tsp. baking powder
Flour enough to roll (about 6 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add sugar, nutmeg, salt, and the milk and cream. Add flour and baking powder. Roll out and cut into doughnuts and fry in hot oil.

An awesome doughnut maker! I rolled and cut the doughnuts sometimes. It was so yummy dipping the hot doughnuts in a small bowl of sugar!!! I will never forget your doughnut making! Thanks Mom for this beautiful memory!
