2 (8 ounce) blocks original cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 can (large) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup cranberries
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sliced almonds

1 pre-baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Whip softened cream cheese. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla and beat. Pour into pre-baked pie crust and chill.

Bring cranberries, 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and water to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Mixture will thicken. Cool slightly. Pour on top of chilled cream cheese layer.

Mix oatmeal, almonds, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons melted butter. (Sometimes I make a bit extra topping than called for). Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 300º for 15 minutes or until crisp. Sprinkle on top of pie. Chill pie.
