Rhubarb Custard Pie Recipe

2 C rhubarb, cut in 1/2 in. lengths
1 9-in unbaked pie shell
1 C sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 C milk

Place rhubarb in pie shell
Mix sugar, flour and salt
Add eggs and butter
Mix thoroughly
Pour mixture over rhubarb
Place lattice or pastry designs on top, if desired
Bake at 450F for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 350F and bake 30-35 minutes longer or until set
