2 Pears

Directions:
Directions:
I used 2 packages of 8 each brioche hot dog rolls.

Tear bread into 1 pinch pieces.

Mix together about 8 eggs, 1 c cream (I used fat free half and half), 1 T vanilla, cinnamon to taste

Put bread in egg/cream mixture and coat all pieces. You can let it sit for a couple of hours in the refrigerator so the bread really absorbs the cream.

Place in a sprayed casserole dish.

Take1/2 t of the marscapone cheese and place throughout the casserole.

Slice the pears into thin pieces and tuck throughout the casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bread is browned.
